Here are some important FBCS dates:
Saturday 27th November at 7 p.m.
This is the BCS Has Got Talent/ Elvis evening in school. Tickets are now on sale from the office costing £5, including supper. Please bring your own drinks and glasses!
This will be a fun night of entertainment. We have our very own judges and prizes to be won! Tickets are selling fast, so don't leave it too late!
Thursday 2nd December
This is the deadline to bring in items for the Christmas hamper, so if you have volunteered to bring things in for that, please remember to let us have them by that date, along with a note giving the value of the items. We will be running a 'Guess The Value of the Hamper' competition where you can win the hamper if you guess correctly how much it cost!
Thursday 9th December
This is the Christmas Bake 'n' Take at 3 p.m. in the Fellowship Room. We need home-baking for this event; please bring items that morning to school.
Various competitions to win hampers and a fantastic Christmas cake will be running.
This date is also when budding thespians will be meeting with our director, Mick Whicker, to discuss the Murder Mystery Play. The meeting will be at 4 p.m. Let me know if you would like to be involved in that via the school office or email me at admin@barnsleychristianschool.co.uk
Please note that the date for the Murder Mystery Play has been changed and this will now be held on Saturday 5th March 2011. More details to follow!
